CodeCompliance manages Certificate of Acceptance and Code Compliance Certificate applications end-to-end for property owners across Auckland — from the first assessment through to council sign-off.

Rather than simply telling clients what needs to be done, we take ownership of the process — coordinating licensed builders, engineers and specialist trades, preparing the required documentation, and managing every piece of council correspondence until the matter is resolved.
